All orders will be processed within 24 hours, it can't be cancelled after being accepted by warehouse.
Order processing time may be shorter on business days, but slight delays may occur during weekends and holidays.

Based on your order contents, shipping address, and inventory availability, we will select the most suitable warehouse for dispatching your order. Typically, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. However, please note that actual delivery times may vary due to different shipping times and customs clearance processes in different regions.

Formal orders will be shipped within 2-3 days from our warehouse（Depending on the stock）.
Pre-sale order will be shipped 7-15 days (as the case may be).

  • If the package is not found due to unknown reasons, please contact USPS to report the loss of the package.
